Staff is SUPER helpful. We had welcome drinks and they went though house with us. Breakfast is okay and Clarisse is such an amazing staff. She made sure to give us discounts on over 6-7 island activities + 360 camera parasailing experience. Definitely a recommend.

Quarto muito limpo e organizado. Lugar agradável, bem localizado, próximo da praia Bulabog e do Shopping D’Mall. Muitos restaurantes próximos, da pra fazer tudo a pé. Preço razoável. Ótimo atendimento dos funcionários, sempre muito gentis e amigáveis. O café da manhã deve ser escolhido no dia anterior e demora um pouco para chegar quando você senta-se no restaurante. Tem outro hotel Ferra ao lado. Pôde-se usar a piscina e o restaurante desse outro hotel.

Loved Every Minute at Ferra Premier — Total Boracay Vibes! Okay, let me just say… Ferra Premier by JG nailed it. This place is seriously a hidden gem! Tucked away just enough from the busy Boracay crowd, but still super close to the beach, restos, and shops—like, a 5-minute chill walk and you’re at White Beach. The staff? Absolutely the sweetest. They treat you like family from the second you check in. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and just genuinely kind. You can tell they actually care that you're having a good time. Our room was clean, cozy, and stylish. The bed was comfy, the AC was nice too. Bonus points for the little details—like welcome drinks and nice-smelling toiletries. And yo, the rooftop bar and restaurant? Big win. Great vibes, tasty food, and perfect for that golden hour chill with cocktails in hand. Breakfast every morning was also solid—plenty of choices and very filling. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. If you want a more personal, boutique hotel experience that still gives you full-on island vacay feels, Ferra Premier is it. 10/10 would stay again.

全てのスタッフがこんなにフレンドリーで感じがいいホテルも珍しい気がします。部屋は素敵でしたが、少し匂いが気になりました。4泊5日このホテルに滯在しましたが、換気を続けると匂いは軽減され良くはなりました。エアコンから水が漏れたり、金庫が使えなくてエンジニアの人が來たりといろいろありました。旅行でそのようなことが起きると普通は嫌な気持ちになると思いますが、いいスタッフでそれを大きくカバーしているタイプのホテルだと思います。

ホテルはすごく清潔でアメニティも充実していたのがすごく良かった。ロケーションも少し歩けばDmallやビーチなどもあってビーチ沿いというわけではないものの良いロケーションだった。スタッフの人もすごく親切で、名前を覚えてくれて名前で呼んでもらったりと満足の滯在だった。朝ごはんもおいしかったです！

Классные администраторы девушка и парень. Девушка так вообще самая улыбчивая. Мы брали 2 этажный номер, чисто, хорошее расположение

服務非常好，服務人員都會盡力協助各種問題。但是浴室有蠻重的黴味😐 不過房間是非常乾淨的！然後…早餐準備速度可以再加快一點，謝謝😀
